What is $NIMA?

There are several ways to earn the $NIMA:
- Stake $NIMA in the Nima token farm on WaxDAO or add it to the LP on Alcor
- Use $NIMA to upgrade tools for the P2E game in Discord and win additional $NIMA tokens
- Participate in Discord events to win $NIMA, $SHING, & $WAXP
- Earn monthly airdrops based on your NFT holdings from the collection
- Buy Nima miners and stake them into WaxDAO to earn passive $NIMA
Nima Miners come in different themes, including a normal miner, a Halloween miner, and a Holiday miner. Miners don’t just grant you some passive $NIMA, they also give you special roles in the discord server that grant benefits like bonus tips or airdrops.
Nima Discord Game: An Excellent Way to Win Crypto and NFTs
Getting started in the NIMA P2E game is easy. First, collect NFT pickaxes, drills, or shovels, with which you can start mining for valuable resources. Use these resources to craft trophies that contribute toward the season leaderboard. The higher your position on the leaderboard, the greater your rewards!
For instance, as rewards in the current Season 2, we are distributing a total of 627.5K $NIMA tokens, along with numerous NFTs from our partners, such as the 1st Edition Greek Gods Pack from Pantheon!
This game is new, but Season 2 is already underway. New updates are planned for Season 3, and in the future, there will come even more P2E games from the Nima Odyssey brand- maybe even a web-based game to come!
Upgrading Nima Tools: Horizontal and Vertical
Progressing in the game means upgrading your tools and you have two ways to do so: Horizontal in level or Vertical in rarity. You can enhance their rarity by blending NFTs together, or use $NIMA to upgrade the level instead, or even a combination of both. Each type of equipment (shovels, pickaxes, and drills) has unique attributes and is a strategic tool for gathering and crafting resources. Whichever path you take you’ll need a little $NIMA to upgrade your tools.
Horizontal
By spending some $NIMA tokens, your tools can go from level 1 up to level 5; the better the tool, the better your tool’s mining rate. At higher levels, your tools can even score a trophy while mining which is the fastest way to grow in the leaderboard and take advantage of your upgrades.
The Horizontal upgrades are not available for the common rarity and are limited to two for the rare rarity. All other rarities can be upgraded up to 5 levels.
Vertical
Each tool can also be upgraded to a better rarity. For example, upgrading from Common to Rare requires 4 of the same tools and 5000 $NIMA (as a fee) to blend it into a higher rarity.
More than just a collection
As the Nima Odyssey grows the team is always looking for new opportunities for its members. To that end, the collection, together with an investor, purchased an Alien Worlds Land NFT with a fixed fee of 5%. This will generate income for the collection and support the $NIMA token and $NIMA ecosystem for the long term. A portion of the fees (around 80%) will be used to buy back and burn $NIMA tokens aimed to ensure long-term growth. Additionally, there is also going to be a share added to an LP, and more.
Finally, there is also a Twitchy Tide pool which will be used to give the community an option to stake or donate fish and earn rewards from Twitchy Tides.
